If you wish to return an item for any reason you must contact us via our contact page on the website or by writing to us at the above address. All written communication must be within 14 days of receipt. If products are to be returned they must be returned within 7 working days from date of receipt. They must be returned in original packaging and unused condition. Returns must be paid for by the customer and replacements will be sent out on date of receipt of return. Products must be returned unused in a clean and hygienic condition, if we do not feel your return meets these standards then the item will be returned to you and no refund will be given. If we believe your return to be of a satisfactory standard, you will be offered the choice of either a refund, replacement of item or a credit note. Refunds are given excluding our postage and packaging costs. We will not reimburse any delivery costs you have incurred upon returning your item to us.
